2 . Q: How long do truffles last?

A: Truffles have a shelf life of up to 4 months in a good storage condition- cool, dark, dry.

3. Q: How should I store my truffles?

A: In an airtight container if they need to be stored for a longer period of time. They can also be stored in the fridge. Freezing is also possible, but only if really necessary. Truffles should be eaten at room temperature because of the flavors.

4. Q: Do the truffles contain alcohol?

A: The alcohols in the Truffles are cooked so the alcohol itself is gone but the flavor stays.

5. Q: Do you have any truffles that don’t contain nuts?

A: No. All the products may have been in contact with nuts. The Hazelnut Truffle contains nuts.

6. Q: How are your truffles made?

A: The chocolate used for production is the finest Belgian Chocolate from the Company Callebaut. All Truffles are handmade. No preservatives added.

7. Q: Is your online ordering secure?

A: Yes. We use PAYPAL and Optimal Online processors for credit card transactions. We guarantee no unauthorized credit card transactions will be made.

8. Q: How do you ship?

A: Gourmet Chocolate Wedding Favor ships by ground from Septmeber to May. Expect 2-7 days for delivery. From May-September and to warm climates we ship 2-Day in Styrofoam with a gel freezer pack to protect the truffles from melting.  Truffles should not sit in a warehouse over a weekend so in warm weather we will adjust shipping to ensure safe delivery.

9. Q: How much time do you need to make my order?

A: Non custom orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Because we make your custom order from scratch just for you from the finest imported Belgian chocolate, it may take as long as 6 weeks to deliver your order. You should order your truffles a minimum of 6 weeks before your wedding day. Consult with us regarding preparation times for large orders.

10.Q: Do you sell lactose free or kosher products?

A: Yes. All bittersweet chocolate products are kosher par and lactose free.

A: We are very open to creating a special order to suit your needs. Feel free to consult with us.

A: Yes. We have an affordable sample pack of our 12 truffle flavors we can usually send to you on 1 day notice.
